These forms are provided online for your convenience. Where indicated, they may be filled in online but must be printed and signed before submission.

In many cases, the Department will require you to provide further information to complete your application. The exact nature of this information depends upon many factors, including the location and nature of the water use, the volume of water sought and the water resource being accessed. After a preliminary review of the application, the Department will inform you of any further information required, and the timeframe to provide the information. Please note that if the information is not provided, the Department will return your application as it is incomplete and can not be assessed.
